The hardest part about making Anzac biscuits is resisting the urge to eat all the dough before they even get in the oven.

(I am baking at ten to midnight. This is perfectly normal.)

	You know what, bake when you feel like baking. I got an inexplicable urge for macaroni and cheese once after staying up all night so at 5 am I went downstairs and ate mac and cheese. And THEN slept. ... I may have to wiki Anzac biscuits, though. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	They're biscuits made from flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, coconut, golden syrup and some melted butter, called Anzac biscuits because they were sent to the ANZACs during the wars because they KEEP FOREVER.
